Your future tasks

  1. As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business with existing customers, and actively seeking new sales opportunities
  2. You will ensure that the customer needs of our brand customers are met to ensure long and sustainable positive contract terms
  3. You will support the development of trusted relationships with a portfolio of branded customers to enable the creation of profitable new business
  4. You have a thorough understanding of the needs and requirements of key customers and drive lively alignment of these with the campaign and product team
  5. Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts, and actively communicate them to and for internal and external stakeholders using relevant key account metrics
  6. You ensure that regular and positive communication with the customer takes place and that all obligations resulting from the contract are fulfilled carefully and properly
  7. You actively prepare webinars or on-site presentations for our brand customers (e.g. for the sales force, for advisory boards, trade partners, etc.) and also conduct them with confidence and communication skills

‍Yourprofile

  • Sound professional experience in key account management
  • Building customer relationships is fun for you
  • You have a basic understanding of the topic of online marketing
  • You have experience in cross-departmental project management
  • Your German is on native level and you are business fluent in English
